During the fall of 2021, Florida A&M University’s
main dining hall, commonly referred to as the “top café” opened following a renovation. The remodel, which was completed in 12 weeks, includes a
huge salad bar and deli in the center, a bakery, Mongolian grill and coffee station. The refurbished style complements the HUB dining hall, which was renovated by many of the same team members earlier that year.
